Product Summary

The FX631DW is one member of the FX631 family which is designed as one kind of low-power, system-selectable Subscriber Pulse Metering (SPM) detector to indicate the presence, on a telephone line, of both 12kHz and 16kHz telephone call-charge frequencies. Also the FX631DW demonstrates high 12kHz and 16kHz performance in the presence of both voice and noise, can operate from either a single or differential analogue signal input from which it will produce two individual logic outputs. It can be used in complex and/or simple telephone systems and call-charge/-logging systems.

Parametrics

FX631DW absolute maximum ratings: (1)supply voltage:-0.3 to 7.0V;(2)input voltage at any pin (ref Vss=0 V):-0.3 to (VDD+0.3V);(3)sink/source current (supply pins):+/-30mA;(4)sink/source current (other pins):+/-20mA;(5)operating temperature:-40℃ to +85℃;(6)storage temperature range:-40℃ to +85℃.

Features

FX631DW features:(1)detects 12kHz and 16kHz SPM frequencies;(2)low power (3.0 VoltMIN <1.0mA) operation;(3)high speechband rejection properties;(4)tone-follower and packet mode outputs.
