The MAX313ESE+T is an analog switch. The device features low on-resistance (10Ω max) and 1.5Ω onresistance matching between channels. The MAX313ESE+T is +3V logic compatible when powered from ±15V or +12V supplies. The switch conducts equally well in either direction, and offer low leakage over temperature.
